Mayflower Retail Park

Some 12 months after British Land acquired the Mayflower Retail Park in Basildon, works will commence on site on 14 May at the start of a major park refurbuishment programme.

Anser have been involved since purchase, working through due diligence, feasibility, town and country planning, negotiations with new tenants and design and procurement. The extensive programme of works is expected to take place over the new few years, substantially improving the look of the park for the benefit of shoppers and retailers, and bringing some exciting new retailers to the area.
