Anser work directly for project funders, either monitoring the activities of the developer client and his team, auditing the project, supporting the developer on behalf of funders, or taking direct control of the project in the event of lender default to work-out to problems and restore as much value as possible to the asset.
Projects Close Out
Anser were commissioned by a major house-builder to close-out over 180 developments across the UK.
Although the build was complete when we became involved, we provided a customer care service to residents and arranged for attending to problems arising during the defect liability period. We were responsible for finalising all sub-contractor accounts and for settling final accounts with RSL's on social housing projects. We also closed out legal agreements with Utilities and Authorities on all projects.
