We understand the complex processes involved in project delivery, including design and construction, statutory approvals, funding, third-party matters, legal agreement and matters of regulation, such as health and safety and environmental protection.
Retail Park, Harlow
Anser were project manager for the phased remodelling and refurbishment of Queensgate Retail Park which provides 225,000 sq.ft.net of retail space.
The scheme involved new buildings, installing new façades and entrance features, remodelling existing buildings, general refurbishment and complete remodelling of the car park.
We were involved from initial feasibility on the £11M build scheme. Our role involved managing the client’s design team and contractor, as well as carrying out all necessary liaison with tenants.
