Anser have the capability to manage every aspect of a project from initial concept right through to completion and handover. We understand the complex processes involved in project delivery, including design and construction, statutory approvals, funding, third-party matters, legal agreement and matters of regulation, such as health and safety and environmental protection.
Residential Regeneration, Hampshire
Anser were appointed by a public/private consortium to manage the Rowner Renewal Project; a major regeneration of the Rowner Estate in Gosport, Hampshire. Current plans involve the demolition of over 500 properties and the construction of 764 units, a supermarket and various other retail outlets. Key current responsibilities include:
• Managing the development in accordance with a suite of consortium development agreements
• Managing the phasing and programming of the development to coordinate with an acquisition and CPO processes
• Reviewing the overall project cost appraisal to ensure viability
• Negotiating an Agreement for Lease for a 20,000 sq ft supermarket
• Managing a multi disciplinary consultant team through outline and reserved matters planning application processes
• Ensuring that the minimum design criteria of each consortium member are satisfied.
The scheme is expected to gain planning approval and to proceed into construction in 2009.
