We understand the complex processes involved in project delivery, including design and construction, statutory approvals, funding, third-party matters, legal agreement and matters of regulation, such as health and safety and environmental protection.

Anser are appointed to manage a major mixed-used development within Islington, on a site adjoining the Kings Cross redevelopment area. Our broad remit included negotiation of a development agreement with an RSL partner, project team selection and appointment, project strategy and the management of all project and regulatory processes.
The site spans Victorian tunnels that serve active train lines into Kings Cross, and consequently requires complex engineering solutions and negotiations with Network Rail.
The project went on site in early 2011 and is expected to complete in early 2013.
