Anser have the capability to manage every aspect of a project from initial concept right through to completion and handover. We understand the complex processes involved in project delivery, including design and construction, statutory approvals, funding, third-party matters, legal agreement and matters of regulation, such as health and safety and environmental protection.
IT System Implementation
Anser provided the overall project management for a major developer's integrated commercial management project between 1997 and 2000.
The project involved a company wide restructuring, the implementation of new processes and a new IT system to integrate the activities of the estimating teams, procurement and commercial management teams and the finance departments. The project also involved some substantial changes in ways of working.
Our role involved planning and programming, managing the development of systems and processes, briefing and education of business units both ahead of and during implementation and management of a number of implementation teams.
