BSi Guide to Project Management
Anser were commissioned by BSI in early 2004 to write, on BSI’s behalf, BS 6079-4:2005; the Guide to Project Management in Construction. The guide covers the application of project management across the entire construction industry – civil engineering works through building and on to process and power plants. It is relevant to projects carried out in the United Kingdom and world wide.
The processes and procedures described follow the recommendations of the International Organisation for Standardisation’s ISO 10006: 2003 – Guidelines for quality management in projects.
The guide was published in August 2006.
