Anser work with clients and project teams on the development, integration and implementation of systems and processes to meet the needs of the client organisation and specific projects. We also provide on-going support and an advisory role as and when required. Anser have extensive experience in the use of various Project Collaboration tools including our preferred "On-Line" collaboration tool Autodesk Buzzsaw.
Railway Safety Risk Assessment
Anser were commissioned by the Railway Safety and Standards Board to carry out an important and extensive piece of research into the effect of human factors in systems in railway accidents.
The work involved researching the body of worldwide research into human factors in systems and establishing a comprehensive database of all such research. From this applicable work was distilled out and evaluated against existing data on rail accidents of all sorts.
The resulting report highlighted both recommendations for improvements to existing systems as well as further research that should be perused.
