Anser work with clients and project teams on the development, integration and implementation of systems and processes to meet the needs of the client organisation and specific projects. We also provide on-going support and an advisory role as and when required. Anser have extensive experience in the use of various Project Collaboration tools including our preferred "On-Line" collaboration tool Autodesk Buzzsaw.
BSi Guide to Project Management
Anser were commissioned by BSI to write BS 6079-4:2005; the Guide to Project Management in Construction. The guide covers the application of project management across the entire construction industry – civil engineering works through building and on to process and power plants. It is relevant to projects carried out in the United Kingdom and world wide.
The guide was published in August 2006.
