Anser have the skills and experience to manage both individual projects and portfolios of projects or programmes. We use an integrated approach planning and delivering individual projects within a wider strategic framework, balancing resources as necessary to achieve our client's longer term objectives.
Retail Development, General
Appointed by a major developer in 1999, Anser have undertaken the programme and project management of a portfolio of existing out of town retail complexes throughout the South of England.
At its peak the portfolio consisted of eleven developments for which the management of all strategic planning, development budgets, contract administration, tenant negotiations, lettings and surrenders are undertaken by the Anser team. The total value of construction works to date is in the region of £50 million. Typical works have included the complete remodelling of existing units, demolition of properties and the construction of new units; we have also designed and constructed a purpose built medical centre at one site.
The successful programme management of this portfolio of projects has led to client recommendations and appointments with other UK landowners in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
