Rail Network Developments
Anser were appointed as a Framework Consultant to Network Rail advising nationally on project strategy, organisational issues and risk management.
Assignments have included setting corporate objectives, pre-feasibility studies, project launch, performance improvement programmes, review of ability to deliver VFM, upgrading safety systems, station regeneration and development, re-signalling schemes, track renewals programmes, and a review of group standards.
