Residential Development, London SE14
Anser are engaged by a major house builder as project manager for a residential scheme just on the edge of Canary Wharf in London’s Docklands.
The scheme, on a tightly constrained site, will provide 65 residential units split equally between private sale and social rented tenures.
Anser’s role encompasses management of the design and construction as well as fronting all communication and liaison with the housing association that will eventually take the affordable units.
Initial construction was complicated by the need for activities such as bomb probing as a result of the site location. Works on the concrete frame are now well advanced and completion is scheduled for December 2009.
