Anser reviewed a portfolio of properties and developments for a large property developer as part of their 'due diligence' prior to acquisition.

The portfolio contained a broad mix of properties, ranging from a new multi-storey development in the North of England, with a pre-let to a government department, to partially let properties in Central London, which were in need of repair and refurbishment. The assignment involved the procurement and co-ordination of a team of consultants, to provide specific advice on matters such as legal title, contamination, structural integrity, state of building services, and similar.
