Contract Administration
Anser manage and administer building contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of our clients. We have proven experience of most public and private forms of contract (including FIDIC, ICE, IChemE, JCT) and of administering the whole range of consultancy appointments where engagements have been made either under standard forms or using bespoke arrangements.
Retail Park, Borehamwood
Anser were involved in the phased redevelopment of Borehamwood Shopping Park between 2002 - 2009.
Works included the complete remodelling of existing units, demolition of properties and the construction of new retail units. Access roads and car park were completely remodelled. We also managed the design and construction of a 6,000sq ft purpose built medical centre. Construction costs were circa £11 million.
In addition to managing the building works from feasibility through to completion, we took a leading role in the sub-division, surrender and re-letting of a substantial number of units, dealing with all tenant negotiations, managing landlord enabling works and overseeing tenant fit out works.
