Anser manage and administer building contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of our clients. We have proven experience of most public and private forms of contract (including FIDIC, ICE, IChemE, JCT) and of administering the whole range of consultancy appointments where engagements have been made either under standard forms or using bespoke arrangements.

Anser were appointed as project managers by a major commercial developer.
The project involved the construction of a new, 40,000sq ft office building behind a facsimile façade in the heart of London's West End with all the associated problems and difficulties. It was one of the first projects carried out by our client and during the course of the work we worked with our client to evolve many of the processes and procedures that later became standard within their organisation.
