Anser manage and administer building contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of our clients. We have proven experience of most public and private forms of contract (including FIDIC, ICE, IChemE, JCT) and of administering the whole range of consultancy appointments where engagements have been made either under standard forms or using bespoke arrangements.
Hotel Refurbishment, Piccadilly
Anser acted as project manager for the refurbishment of a 4 Star plus hotel in London’s West End. The works were carried out to a rolling programme whilst the hotel remained fully operational.
Our role involved working with the hotel management team to develop the scope of work, a cost plan and a programme. We documented requirements, procured contractors and then managed the work as it proceeded, co-ordinating FF&E with decorating and builders work. We worked throughout as an extension to the hotel management team, reporting directly to the owner.
