Anser manage and administer building contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of our clients. We have proven experience of most public and private forms of contract (including FIDIC, ICE, IChemE, JCT) and of administering the whole range of consultancy appointments where engagements have been made either under standard forms or using bespoke arrangements.
Re-modelling Listed Office Building, Essex
Anser were appointed to project manage the extension and re-modelling of a Grade II listed building to provide very high specification offices for an owner/occupier.
The traditionally constructed timber frame building dated from 1700 and was being extended to provide office space which benefited from full air conditioning, sophisticated lighting controls and IT systems - generally a very high quality of finishes.
Anser were engaged after planning permission had been obtained and worked to develop the design with a local design team to procure the construction works. Anser acted as Employer’s Agent and CDM Coordinator during the construction stage.
