Anser are appointed by a key house-builder to manage a major residential development at Aveley in the Thames Gateway.

The scheme will provide up to 420 new residential units (including 30% affordable housing units) and benefits to the local community including a new Intergenerational Centre, a new Medical Centre, a Library, new areas of public space and improvements to the High Street.

Anser’s remit involves project management of an extensive team of consultants tasked with evaluating the site, developing a viable scheme and progressing it to through planning. The significance of the site has resulted in extensive consultations with Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation and local resident’s organisations.

The scheme is currently in planning.
