Retail Park, Harlow

Anser are appointed as project manager for the phased remodelling and refurbishment of Queensgate Retail Park which provides 225,000 sq.ft.net of retail space.

The scheme involved new buildings, installing new façades and entrance features, remodelling existing buildings, general refurbishment and complete remodelling of the car park. The works are being been carried out in four distinct phases.

We have been involved from initial feasibility. The first two phases of work, worth circa £5 million are now complete. The third phase valued at £3 million is ongoing scheduled to complete towards the end of 2008 with the fourth phase valued at £3 million scheduled for 2009. Our role has involved managing the client’s design team and contractor, as well as carrying out all necessary liaison with tenants.
