Retail Park, Cambridge
Anser are appointed for the remodelling and extension of a 210,000 sq.ft net Retail Park in Cambridge.
The scope of works includes remodelling of existing units, construction of new units (including JJB Sports’ first health and fitness centre with swimming pool) together with complete re-modelling of all car parking and external areas.
Our role has encompassed initial feasibility studies, liaison with tenants to agree surrenders and lettings and management of the clients design team and main contractor. Works commenced on site in late 2006 and are ongoing.

Anser have a rolling programme of commissions for the construction, refurbishment and extension of retail parks, and extensive shopping centre experience. We provide a complete package of services, which not only addresses planning, design and construction, but includes managing surrenders and lettings, dealing directly with tenants and their representatives.
