Retail Park, Basildon

Anser have been awarded the project management contract for the Mayflower Retail Park, Basildon from April 2011.

We are responsible for the refurbishment of the retail park, feasibility and construction of additional units, providing improved access from the neighbouring sites and managing the change of tenants within several of the retail units.

Our role will encompass initial feasibility studies, liaison with tenants to agree surrenders and lettings and management of the clients design team and main contractor for landlord’s works.

We are also responsible for reviewing all tenant fit-out proposals, and for monitoring their implementation on behalf of our client.

The project is currently in the feasibility stage, with works to commence in March 2012.
