Residential Development, Gants Hill
Anser were engaged by a major residential developer to provide procurement, contract administration and value management services for a 214 unit development in Gants Hill, London. The project comprised 3 blocks, rising to 9 storeys on a key site at a major London interchange.
We procured a frame and groundworks package and then administered this package over its 60 week duration ahead of our client coming to site.
We then assisted our client with value engineering and procurement generally as they completed the scheme using in-house resources and domestic subcontractors.
The project went to site in July 2007 and completed in early 2009.
