Major Residential Development, Hackney
Anser were appointed by a major house builder on a scheme to provide 600 homes on a brown field site in North London.
Our role, which was highly integrated with our client's own management structures, involved providing overall leadership and control, managing an external design team, and providing information and procurement assistance to internal departments charged with sub contract procurement and construction. We were also responsible for liaison with the Registered Social Landlord (RSL) who took a large number of the residential units on completion.
The project went to site in early 2006 and completed in early 2009.
