Major Mixed Use Development, Milton Keynes

Anser are appointed as Project Managers by a major developer to manage and deliver their largest and most strategic development. Newton Leys, located to the south west of Milton Keynes, is a mixed development providing up to 2,400 residential units in addition to three sizeable Commercial Employment areas.

This 7 phased development is taking place over a 7-8 year duration and our responsibility includes management of all key elements fundamental to the delivery of the project. These include site wide ecology, landscaping, planning, earthworks and utilities. Further to this are S106 obligations including offsite infrastructure, Affordable Housing, Education and Community Welfare projects.

The nature and duration of the Newton Leys development requires Anser to coordinate a number of initiatives across all project stages from planning, to design, construction and overall delivery. With this we manage a wide variety of consultants, third parties and stakeholders. Anser have implemented a web based collaborator, Autodesk Buzzsaw, to enhance communication and efficiency throughout the project.
