Anser acted as project manager to a major fund and development manager for the complete refurbishment of a 5-storey office building in the City of London.

The works involved stripping the building back to a shell, relocating cores, the lift shaft and escape stairs, followed by reconstruction back to a Category A standard.

Our role involved managing the team through the concept and detailed design stage, administration of separate demolition and building contracts and liaison with party wall surveyors, solicitors, agents and the incoming tenants.
