Anser were appointed as project managers by a major commercial developer.
The project involved the construction of a new, 40,000sq ft office building behind a facsimile façade in the heart of London's West End with all the associated problems and difficulties. It was one of the first projects carried out by our client and during the course of the work we worked with our client to evolve many of the processes and procedures that later became standard within their organisation.

Experience ranges from Central London new-build and refurbishments, to out-of-town business parks. We are particularly experienced in liaising with third-party funders and their advisers and in providing the principal link dealing with tenants and their advisers.
