Institutional Office Building, City of London
Anser acted between 2000-2003 on behalf of the owners of an institutional office building in Central London. We provided assistance to their legal and agency team in securing lettings and in attending to surrender of leases.
We also managed and co-ordinated tenant fit-out works and the associated Licences for Alterations and directed their facilities management company where significant upgrades, or major maintenance works were required. The commission came to an end when the property was sold on.
