Business Park, Luton
Anser acted as project manager to the developer of a 12 hectare (30-acre) business park in Luton, Bedfordshire. We led a design team comprising an architect, engineers, specialist consultants, agents and solicitors through the master planning, planning and execution of the works on site.
Once master plans had been agreed with the local authority and planning had been granted we acted as project manager for the construction of individual buildings of up to 6,000 sq m (60,000 sq ft), and for roads and other infrastructure works on the park. Our role on the buildings included liaison with incoming tenants over all technical matters.

Anser has a long-track record in both the construction and fit-out of institutional quality office buildings. Experience ranges from Central London new-build and refurbishments, to out-of-town business parks. We are particularly experienced in liaising with third-party funders and their advisers and in providing the principal link dealing with tenants and their advisers.
