Anser were appointed by a major consortium to manage its bid for a multi million pound regeneration competition run by the London Borough of Newham.

Anser provided an internal management service to the consortium client and project management of the outputs of the consortium and their team of high profile design consultants.

Anser’s involvement was integral to the evolution of the development proposals, as well as the submission document itself.

In October 2005 the consortium was advised that their bid had been successful, and that they had been selected as one of three preferred developers.
