Expansion of Regional Airport

Anser acted as strategic project advisors to the owners and operator of a regional airport, where the creation of a long term master plan for the expansion of passenger and freight facilities was proceeding in parallel with urgently needed extensions to taxiways, cargo handling sheds and passenger buildings.

We advised on how to organise and plan for the project, on procurement and contract strategy, and on how best to manage the process of formulating and obtaining approvals to the master plan, individual planning permissions and airport related statutory consents.
