Anser provided strategic project advice to National Air Traffic Control Systems in relation to the development of elements of their new air traffic control systems. The assignment involved reviewing strategic objectives, stakeholder analysis and risk and value management.

Anser have managed the delivery of a number of large scale infrastructure projects for various commercial clients. Infrastructure developments have included secondary and tertiary roads, the provision of sub-stations and related electrical infrastructure, gas supplies, water supplies, drainage and foul sewage networks.
