Warehouse Development, Woolwich

Anser were appointed in May 2007 to project manage a significant phase of the White Hart Triangle Development, South East London.

The scope of works included the construction of two new warehouses (Units 10 and 20 White Hart Avenue) with each building 21m high and providing a total of 200,000 sq ft. of storage space between them. A new office building, access roads, car parks and other associated works also comprised part of the development.

Our role encompassed general advice, management of the client’s design team, negotiating an Agreement for Lease and assistance in the procurement of contractors for the enabling works and main works contracts.

Works commenced on site in July 2008 and completed in Spring 2009.
