Anser were appointed by DEFRA to arrange the procurement of a long term framework project management consultant to take responsibility for new build, renewal and maintenance works at the central veterinary laboratory site in Weybridge, England.

The work involved establishing the clients’ requirements, preparing and agreeing a comprehensive brief then advertising the position through the Official Journal of the European Union. Bids were received and reviewed in two stages and the process involved reviewing comprehensive written capability statements and commercial proposals, and interviewing members of the short listed team. Final recommendations were made and the framework was entered into by the successful practice for a 5 year commission.
