Laboratory & Cold Room, Aylesbury

We acted as project manager for a pharmaceutical company for the design and construction of a state of the art low temperature cold room facility that was built as an extension on to their existing premises.

Our involvement began part way through the detailed design stage. We oversaw conclusion of the design. Construction was then carried out using construction management arrangements, utilising a small number of specialist contractors, a number of whom were framework contractors on our client’s lists.

The project was completed successfully and we assisted our client in bringing the facility into operation.
