Immediately prior to the formation of Anser, Anser’s founding directors were involved as project managers to a private development company, for the design and construction of what later became the Marriot, London Maida Vale.

We provided a full project management service on the 270,000 sq.ft development, assisting with site acquisition, managing the demolition of the cinema that previously occupied the site, then appointment of the team, design management and contract administration.

The contract was procured utilising a novated design team, following a 2-stage design and build procurement route.
