Medical Centre, Borehamwood

Anser acted as Project Manager for the new Grove Medical Centre in Borehamwood.

Our role including scoping the project in consultation with the doctors and practice manager, an initial feasibility and lease negotiations involving the doctors, the site owner, the Primary Health Care Trust and the District Valuer. We were then responsible for management of the design team through the feasibility, planning, design and construction stages and for administering the building contract.
