BSi commissioned us to write their guide to project management in the construction industry, PD 6079 Part 4.

Our systems allow us to provide clients with a detailed plan for how their project will be executed, comprehensive reports at key project milestones where decisions must be taken and a financial commitment must be made, and rigorous programme and budgetary controls.
