Our project managers are professionally qualified, highly-skilled individuals selected from a variety of complimentary technical backgrounds who share a common passion for, and skill in, project management. We are accredited members of the following organisations:

We appoint an experienced, senior member of our team as Project Manager for every project. We see that they are shadowed and supported by other team members to ensure key decisions are fully debated and considered, and to provide flexibility and robustness in our service. The Project Manager concentrates on management of the project, and our trained administrators provide a 'project office' support service, assisting them with everything from planning and cost control to project legal documentation and report writing. Our team is organised and motivated but, importantly, we realise that project management is a people business. We place a strong emphasis on the softer skills like leadership, communication, and team building. We expect our people to work hard, but they like to play too and get the most out of life. We encourage it. It raises the quality of what we deliver to our clients.
