Before commencing any new project, we take time out to listen to you; to understand your business; and to understand the specific complexities of your project within your business context. We then recommend a scope of services that will most effectively achieve your goals, taking full regard of the numerous constraints and risks that will affect the project. Once commissioned we implement a project strategy with systems and procedures that have been developed in conjunction with a number of external organisations including higher education establishments and recently as a result of our work with BSi.

Our directors and project managers have previously held senior positions with a variety of clients, contractors, suppliers and consulting organisations so we have a good understanding of what you will want, and where your priorities will lie.

We will generally work alongside you as an extension of your own management team - you get involved as and when you wish to do so- we do the rest.
